Our Story
DFY Building Consultants is managed by Declan Phelan with its office operating in Ardcroney, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary. Declan has over 25 years’ experience working with both Engineering consultants and Build contractors in Ireland, the U.K and New Zealand. Declan brings extensive experience in project management, site investigation, scheme design, report writing, building control compliance and construction monitoring of building and utility infrastructure.

B Eng. (Hons) Architectural Engineering - University of Wales, Cardiff School of Engineering
